Wessington Cryogenics was established by Eddie Rowe and Brian Bennett-Cowell
2nd April 1984
Opened our very first factory, a 2,500 sq ft unit at 23 Phoenix Road in Washington, UK
10th May 1984
Received our very first sales order: PHV-2000 Liquid Nitrogen Road Transport Tank
4th June 1984
Received our first net zero order: a Bio LNG Fuel Tank
3rd October 1984
Received our first export order of DF Dewars to be shipped to the Netherlands

Due to the demand for a higher capacity, Wessington moved into a 14,000 sq ft space within the Philadelphia Complex in Houghton-Le-Spring

Designed, developed and manufactured our first tanks for the well service industry: OSV-8000

Designed, developed and manufactured the very first, world-leading ISOPACK 2000

Expanded operations into a 40,000 sq ft space within the Philadelphia Complex to keep up with demand
