Emma Conaghan and Ismail Bouarfa joined the Wessington Cryogenics team for 10 weeks as part of their Entrepreneurial Scotland Saltire Scholar internship programme. Emma and Ismail worked alongside our Engineering Design team and Project Management office, where they gained valuable knowledge and experience in product design and project planning. Nick Weddle and the design team coached Emma and Ismail, giving them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and to develop an initial concept to the final product.
